In 2017, Axel Hesse established Instant Communication in Berlin after accumulating over 15 years of experience as a German teacher across the globe. His tenure at the University Malaysia Pahang served as a catalyst, inspiring the creation of highly effective online language courses tailored for working professionals.

While lecturing in Asia, he keenly observed the necessity for decentralized learning systems. Witnessing his students disperse across Malaysia during semester breaks to assist their families with the rice harvest, Axel Hesse initiated the development of a comprehensive distance learning program from the ground up to accommodate their circumstances. Upon returning to Germany, he introduced these innovative virtual learning approaches. Today, Instant Communication proudly serves renowned corporations, including Vodafone Europe and T-Systems.

In 2018, Bibi Wolday became a part of Instant Communication. Leveraging her extensive background as a German teacher, she brought valuable skills in sales and customer service to the table.
